This package designed to assist with any event planning and design details you would like help with from budget, theme, color, style, vendor referrals, vendor management, vendor meetings, guest accommodations, transportation arrangements, favors, seating assignments, programs, events timeline and more. 

Day of Event Coordination Package

Starting at $1500

This package is perfect for someone who has venue and venders already selected, but would like a helping hand managing all the specifics on the day of. Creative Motion Events will help develop and distribute a timeline for all vendors to follow on the day of. We will setup decor, coordinate the event and design the venue to ensure that everything we worked so hard to plan goes smoothly.   

A La Carte Planning Package

Starting at $800

This package is perfect for clients who already have their venue but need assistance event design. Based on design consultation and compilation of pins and pictures, we will develop a design plan that fits your style and budget. This unique design plan will be executed through meetings and contracts with the following vendors/services: florist, rentals, linens, cake, invitations, photographer and any other design related vendors.
