Step 3

Setup Site Visit:

To better grasp the physical space and atmosphere of your chosen venue, we conduct a site visit. This step ensures that our design and planning process are tailored to the unique characteristics of the location.

Step 4

Moodboard Draft and Revisions:

Following the site visit, we craft a moodboard reflecting the envisioned aesthetics and theme for your event. We share this with you for revisions, ensuring that the design aligns perfectly with your preferences.

Step 5

Designing Process Begins:

Once the moodboard is finalized, initiate the design process. This includes comprehensive support in booking vendors aligned with the vision and budget. Dive into the world of decor and styling as we meticulously plan every detail, from floral arrangements to furniture placement. Collaborate with us to choose a color palette and design elements that harmonize with your theme, ensuring a cohesive and captivating atmosphere. Envision the main stage and overall set design with our professionals, creating focal points that enhance the overall ambiance and provide a captivating backdrop for key moments. Our team oversees the entire event production, ensuring smooth operations on the day.
